Where do you deliver?
We provide national and international delivery via courier across the UAE and worldwide.

How do I return an item?
If you're located in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, please email Alice@vivandco.shop within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number. We’ll arrange your return.

For the rest of the UAE and international orders, we’re currently unable to cover return shipping costs. Please send your item via tracked post or courier, and we’ll ensure your exchange or refund is processed promptly.

We want every customer to be absolutely thrilled with their purchase.

What is your returns policy?
We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. Our returns policy is flexible within 30 days of purchase.
Please allow up to 15 days from the date of return for the transaction to be completed.

• International: Delivery within 7–10 days
