PRE ORDER 

When we don’t have an item in immediate stock, we do our best to have it delivered in a week in the UAE and within 2 weeks world wide. Pre Order items, grants you exclusive access to select garments not typically held in our regular stock or offered in exceptionally limited quantities. 

DELIVERY

We provide national and international delivery via courier to UAE and internationally. All Delivery is free world wide. You can track your delivery by emailing Havovi@viviandco.shop

RETURNS

If you need to return or exchange an item in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, please email Havovi@viviandco.shop within 14 days of purchase and include your order number. We’ll arrange the return for you.

RETURN POLICY

We will do our best to ensure all our customers are happy. Our returns policy remains flexible within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 15 days from day of return to complete the return transaction.
